This addition called for a two car garage, with a music room above it. Here we have started to put up the walls of the garage. You can see a box built around a tree. This is to protect the existing landscaping from harm. We take pride in all our jobs.

We recently started listing our ads on Craigslist. Craigslist is just as popular as Ebay. But we really don't have anything tangible to sell on Ebay. So we Craigslisted it out! Great results. Take a look....before and after. The owner lives in another state. But he rents out these apartments. As you can tell they really needed updating badly! If there was a fire, you would have no choice but to jump. Hoping you don't fall onto the broken stairs either!
